Monday. May 13. I wasn’t ready for the curve ball life had ready for me. It’s a hot day. Dry hot. Heat waves rising from the pavement and cars. Today, I open a new chapter in life.
For anyone who reads this, honestly, I appreciate it. It’s been one hell of a week. But when you sit down and reflect on your struggles, if you can see how it’s made you stronger, it was all worth it.
New house. 
Very happy. Now we’re closer to the family and closer to work. This was the fun I was having last week around this time:
I count my blessings though and know everything’s going to be alright. Sometimes when we get tossed around enough, we appreciate the warm soft soils of comfort.

I love Sundays. Well, most Sundays. Sundays that I can sleep in at least.
Hmmm….What happened?
And not just that, everyday has now become a work day. Not just my day job, but now marketing on the Internet has taken over my life. I’m not complaining by any means, but roughly 10 hours of sleep in 2 days is rough on a soldier. And yeah, I’m sure you techies out there are saying to yourselves,” What a wimp! I get 10 hours a week!”. Ya, ya, ya. I hear you. But the fact is, while you’re busy trying to crack http using the computer you made from foil and potato spuds, I’m still trying to balance fatherhood while being a husband (fiance) and maintaining my sanity.

And while it’s not so much anger that’s the issue, it’s knowing my limits that is. Sometimes we get wrapped up in the hype and band-wagon trends and we try to explore and discover “the next big thing”. When in reality, the next big thing is usually right in front of our face. I know everyone has their own opinion and I respect that 100%. Right now I’m just refocusing my energy and trying to be as productive as possible.

Well, life can sure take you for a ride sometimes. Most of us wake up everyday to the same routine, same life in the same house and the same problems. Until life dictates otherwise, we are stuck in this cycle.
But when Mother Nature speaks we all need to listen.
Monday morning was the same cycle for me. Shower. Work. Same old, same old. I come home for some lunch and to drop off a few baby supplies before I head into the field. As I finish my lunch, I walk to the back porch to have a cigarette and collect my things. I look outback and find my self staring at a billowing cloud of black smoke. I check the news channel, and low and behold, Palm Bay is on fire. Great, just what we needed. I kiss my girl and son and told her to call me if they start to evacuate our area. 15 minutes later I get the call.
“Josh, they are clearing everyone out of their homes. I’m getting Dylan and we need to get out of here!”
My heart drops…
I turned around and headed back to the house. I’m visualizing my house being eaten alive by this Fire Monster. As soon as I get home I load up Jenn and the baby and they head to her brother’s house. Safety resides there. I stay behind to finish packing. The fire closes in. Within 3 hours Mr . Fire is knocking on my door. My friends and I prepped ourselves for the worse. This fire was out of control and spreading quickly. Horror breaks out when the fire starts to consume my neighbor’s house. Luckily there is a patch of woods between their house and mine. Luck doesn’t last long though. A spawn of the fire pops up in the middle of the brush. All is lost now…
Then, Fate took control.
Around the corner comes a bulldozer. On top sits Paul, the brush-clearing, fire-stopping, tattooed-up construction worker looking for fun. He starts by trenching out an area between my house and the woods. By now the spawn has turned into multiples and the woods are up in flames. This doesn’t stop Paul. He continues bulldozing and clearing the brush before the fire got to it. It was genius. Stopping the fire and containing it by pure brute force. About 40 minutes later he has done his duty. My house is safe!
WHEW!
My neighbors house isn’t so fortunate. We stayed and watched as the house burn down piece by piece. It really is a tragic site.

I heard today they caught the guy who was responsible for all this damage and hurt. No amount of money or time in jail can equal the damage he has done not just financially, but emotionally too. Right now Jenn, Dylan, my brother-in-law, and myself are living with Jenn’s brother and his family, which consists of his wife and almost 4 year old son. Do the math. 3 bedrooms. 5 adults. 1 child. 1 infant. 2 bathrooms. And a space issue. My home currently has no power or water. Can’t live in it. Now we’ve got find a new place. Our lease is up in July so it’s not too big of a deal. But it’s very inconvenient. I’ve missed work for two days now and that’s real money out of my pocket. Can’t make lost time up. Well, I’ve gotta continue my online house hunt. God help us.

All you have to do then is monitor its success, because affiliates do all the work for you. They advertise your products and send the traffic to your website to buy them.
Another thing is you don’t have to pay your affiliates until you’ve been paid. Plus you save on advertising costs, and the increased activity to your website helps your search engine ranking.
